As judges claim, "the Best interest of the child" as the Mantra for Family Court; any tutorial of family court must include the reality.

The reality is Guardian Ad Litems can and, in some cases will, make sure custody is awarded to a convicted child abuser if they want to. Such is the case with Guardian Ad Litem Deborah Jean Manning who ignored Brian Miller violating the terms of supervised visitation, including after inappropriate physical contact, documented by a slew of case workers and hospital personnel.

As such FamilyLawCourts.com explains why children would be better protected if yellow, police tape, warning, "Crime Scene - - Do Not Enter" was taped across court room doors of "family" courts across the nation.

This Los Angeles case features Brian Miller, son of Rep Gary Miller, named by the "Beyond Delay" website as one of twenty-two most corrupt congressmen currently "serving" the people of the 42nd District.

But consider that in August, 2007 - the mother had sole legal custody and barely two months later, she doesn't.

With what we've learned about the case; the police should be pursuing separate charges towards the father.

And the twist in this case also lies with Judge Marjorie Steinberg. Steinberg appears readily inclined to discount Every documented, negative report detailing the father's ongoing conduct; ranging from his earlier guilty plea to child endangerment, child abuse, and battery on their mother; to follow up reports detailing his sexual problems towards children and hostility towards grown females, as well as polygraphs of both parents.

Evidence is overwhelmingly in support of mother which is probably why Judge Michael Linfield awarded her sole legal custody.
That same evidence has been overwhelmingly ignored by Judge Steinberg.

Typically what happens when both children and parents reports crimes is the protective parents is charged with "parental alienation." In this manner, the actual behaviors of the offending parent, are never examined.

In the case of Judge Steinberg ignoring documentation after documentation of physical abuse, in a perfect world CPS would intervene against the Judge Steinberg and Deborah Manning.

Manning for putting her young charges at risk, Judge Steinberg for ensuring they would be put in harms way. In a just world, both would be charged as an accessories. The broad discretion allowed by judges does not include ignoring stacks of reports and guilty pleas.

Would we ever hire Deborah Manning?
Not in a million years.

In the custody case of Michael Jackson, what Family Court Judge would sign off on the completely restrictive agreement executed by Michael Jackson's lawyers against Deborah Rowe, "as the best interests of the children?"

And why does the media not identify that judge?

Finances remain the not-so-subtle proof whoever has the most money wins.

Children become the prize.
